Enjoy the company of good friends. Savor the outstanding food prepared by Executive Chef Adam Soliwoda and his talented staff. Imbibe wines from Argentina, Spain and California selected by David Brause of Slocum & Sons to complement the dishes. It's a recipe for success! Clay Gordon, the author of newly released Discover Chocolate, the Ultimate
Guide to Buying, Tasting and Enjoying Fine Chocolate, was more than pleased with
the Wine and Chocolate Dinner held at the Club on November 15th. Communicating
with Adam, Clay said, "I just want to let you know that last night blew way
past any expectations I might have about the menu, presentation, preparation,
and execution. Of the three chocolate/wine dinners I've done since the release
of my book, last night's was by far the best. It's hard to know what the best
dish was, they all had their individual high points and the chocolate was an
important part of each dish, neither hiding in the background nor over-poweringly
present." To Chet, he wrote, "The room was lovely, the service
attentive…,and the food was beyond what I expected. It was by far the most
imaginative and the best prepared and executed." [Of the three
chocolate/wine dinners previously mentioned]. Giving Thanks Holiday Grill Room Hours The Grill Room will be closed for all meals on the following dates: An Old Favorite Is Back-New Year's Day Brunch! On Tuesday, January 1, enjoy a wonderful New Year's Day Brunch Buffet in the
