Personal Training

Scott and Michelle Tenney, our Lawn Club Personal Trainers, provide individualized weight training and fitness sessions. Personal training helps our members to meet their own goals, whether its weight loss, increased energy, improved cardiovascular fitness, or training to excel in one of our athletic programs. Pilates

Pilates classes are offered by the Lawn Club for our members. This exercise system centers on the ‘core’ of the body, focusing movements and strengthening throughout the abdominal section. Pilates results in improved strength, muscle tone, and balance with an invigorating total body workout.
